Clean, great location, awesome duplex neighbors!
I have nothing but great things to say about this property and the owner. Very cute and super close to the hospitals. My dog and I loved it here! We became good friends with the renters in the duplex next to us as well. Neighborhood is very safe and is a great place to walk your dog. D quickly responded to any issues that I had and remedied them immediately. Highly recommend this place!

Clean, quiet, and convenient!
This was my second time staying here because it was just that nice! I stayed here in 2021 and then again this year, 2022. Unfortunately I was only able to stay for 2 months the second time around because it was already reserved for the first month when I needed it. The other place that I stayed in was awful because it was filthy... ceiling fans were caked with thick dust, the bathtub apparently hadn't been cleaned, there was animal hair in the microwave, and it was infested with spiders!! Yuck! I am a clean (and arachnophobic) person so it was honestly very difficult to get much sleep the first month in Lexington. As soon as this place was available again, I was out of the first place ASAP! D was always extremely prompt with any communication that I had with her. I can 100% vouch for her being an amazing host! Stay here and you will want to stay again if you ever find yourself back in Lexington! Thank you d for making my stay in Lexington a pleasant one!

Perfect for what we needed
The apartment was brand new and beautifully furnished and had absolutely everything we needed. D is an amazing person to rent from! She was available for any questions we had and was very flexible with you particular situation. Couldnt have asked for a better stay!
