Beautiful, clean, and well decorated

I had a great stay here. Both Gretchen and Jonathan were responsive and attentive. I appreciate how clean the apartment is but also the aesthetic of it. It was such a cute place! ti stay! The surrounding area is nice as well. It feels like youre in the center of everything! Highly recommend!!!

Just like Home

I had a wonderful experience staying at this condo over the summer. Jonathan and Gretchen were incredibly responsive and quick to help with anything I needed, which made my stay stress-free. The location is fantastic. Theres a grocery store less than a five-minute walk away, which made things so convenient, and being close to the highway made it easy to get anywhere I needed to go. The condo itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and felt like home from the moment I walked in. It was exactly as described, and I couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Great Rental Space

This is an excellent property. The owners are incredibly responsive and answer any requests within the same day. It's a great deal for the area as it is a close drive to any essentials or neighboring cities. Me and my roommate stayed for 3 months and would do it again if we were in the area. Highly recommend!

Review

Stayed in this rental for about 4 months with my classmate during PA school. The condo is clean and in a great location, 20-30 min away from Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale and East Mesa. The place is comfortable and comes equipped with almost everything you need. Jonathan and Gretchen were awesome landlords as they were very responsive and attended to our needs if we ran into any small issues. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo for a Family

This condo was perfect for our little family! We felt safe and comfortable in this quiet complex. Grounds are well maintained, and the pool is a great escape from the heat. Jonathan and Gretchen were very helpful and attentive. Traveling during clinical rotations is always stressful, but they made the process seamless. If we get the chance, I would love to stay at this property again!

Awesome property

Clean property and decent location. About 5 mins away from BDMC. Comes with all of the kitchenware you need to cook, towels/bedding and has an in unit washer/dryer which is very convenient. Only critiques are some lights/outlets not working but otherwise an excellent property and comfortable stay. Price is actually $2200 which Im assuming is an error due to FurnishdFinder being so glitchy. I highly recommend this property if youre traveling solo or with someone else.

Excellent Rental

I stayed in this rental for 6 months while on a work contract in Mesa, AZ. The space itself is clean and styled perfectly for you to feel at home and cozy. The unit comes with an assigned parking spot that is also covered. The main bedroom is large enough that I fit the work desk in and still had enough space to move around very freely. The space is serene and throughout the entire time, I had no issues with noise or any other problems w/ the neighboring units. It is a very safe community, which was very important to me. The couple who rent this space out have been so awesome with any of my needs from the very beginning. Response time is so quick, and they have gone above and beyond whenever I had a problem with anything. I could have stayed in this space for much longer, but since I travel for work, I sadly had to leave. I would recommend this unit and would love to rent from them again if work takes me back to the area.

Magnificent in Mesa!

This condo was beautiful. Located in a quiet neighborhood where I felt safe. Easily walk to get groceries, restaurants, and to get a mani/pedi! Right next door to a golf course and a wonderful little park that I walked nearly every morning. The pool and jacuzzi were a sweet bonus. J & G were simply fabulous, very attentive and respectful. This location was great, you can drive 20 minutes in any direction to get to so many activities, attractions, etc. If you're a cubbies fan, this place is only a few miles from their spring training facility. I skated in many different locations, my favorite was downtown tempe lake park. HIGHLY recommend! I miss this condo and the great city of Mesa, AZ.

Safe, Quiet, and Cute

Stayed here 5 months for a travel assignment at Chandler Regional and it was great! The owners are very nice, laid back, and accommodating. Great location to many shopping areas and easy access to highways. Comfortable bed in the room I stayed in. Condo complex always felt safe and quiet. Would recommend for someone looking to stay in this area!

Cute, comfortable, simple.

Stayed here for an assignment in AZ, and the owners were great and friendly! Super laid back, very helpful and also respond in a timely manner. The location is convenient to a lot of shops like target, walmart, Starbucks, cosco, gyms, parks, gas stations, highways, and only a couple of hours away from nearby cities like Sedona, Prescott, Tucson, Page, etc, and is pretty safe. I would recommend!
