Great House - Great Landlord

My family and I were in a pinch. Needing to move out of Texas quickly for a new job I took. This opened up at the perfect time and we were able to meet Chris. He knows everything about this house, he is thorough, and incredibly thoughtful. We hit it off immediately. He had everything. No joke, potty training equipmentwhich we used for our son while we lived there. The house has a ton of charm. A great pool area and plenty of yard for your pet. Beautiful trees and nestled into a quiet neighborhood. Great for a family! It was perfect for us. The house and the owner. You cant go wrong if you find yourself here, you'll have a hard time wanting to leave. ~ PB

Lucky enough to call this place home

This dream house, had everything we needed and a hell of a lot more. We had to relocate from the UK for business for a few months and we came across this absolute dream of a property. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, we felt instantly at home, The house is open planned and really spacious, The garden has a perfect swimming pool and great landscaping with fruit trees etc... As a family we really could not of wished for anymore! If and when we return i would be thinking of nothing more than trying to stay in this fantastic property again. Constant communication from the landlord and weekly check ups to see if we needed anything, gave us a real piece of mind and safety. Location was perfect with everything you need very close by! Only negative is that we couldn't stay longer, Will forever see this place as our second home.

I just cant say enough about this place

Where do I start? This property is in a great location, not far from any hospital and most importantly not very far from any of the beachs in the area. The unit has everything you could need and if it didnt, C was very quick to make sure you had it. It is in a quite and safe neighborhood. The kitchen is amazing. I had my cat with me and she loved to look out the windows at the birds and Nemo. The property is located behind the main house, you have own space. The property also comes with a four-legged cutie named Nemo, make sure to say hi to him if you get the chance! I have been using FF to find properties to stay at since I started travel nursing and C, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He gave you your own space, but was always quick to fix anything or to get you anything that you might need. If you are a fellow travel nurse or just someone looking to rent in this are, dont hesitate to reach out to C. I know you will love it just as much as I did!

We will miss this place

It's hard to put into words how fortunate my wife and I have felt during our time at this property. From the very first message until the final walk through before we left, C was wonderful. You will not find a property that has a landlord better than him. He is thorough, honest, fair, understanding, and always made us feel important. Our safety was always his top priority and if we ever needed anything related to this property.... he had it addressed and resolved before we could blink. This was our first experience finding a property in this format. Because of our experience we will be using this platform from now on.
