Great Landing Spot
My partner, dog & I stayed at this home for over five months while relocating to San Diego. It was fully furnished, with sheets, towels, and great kitchen appliances. We were so comfortable here that we stayed two months over our initial visit. The backyard is even better than the photos and gets direct sunlight in the afternoon. The home in the winter is noticeably cold being an old house and you will need to run space heaters in each individual room. Both my partner & I worked from home here and had no issues with the wifi. We also fit our Mazda small SUV in the garage when parking was limited. We recommend this home to all our friends relocating to the area!

Home away from finding a new home.
2 business professionals that recently relocated to San Diego and needed a home that was central, easy and well stocked while we house hunted and explored San Diego. Highlights: Fully enclosed, low maintenance and charming backyard perfect for BBQs and dining outside. Additional off-street parking and garage storage Location! Centrally located in San Diego and esp, in charming North Park. Walkable to restaurants, brew pubs, grocery stores and tons of neighborhoody retail. The owners left thoughtful touches, eco friendly and were very responsive to any needs or issues (which were minor). Pictures are accurate. Ceiling fans and Split AC unit were really nice in the Summer months. No issues with wifi, safety or cleanliness. It's an older house and has some quirks, but for the area/value it was the perfect home base for an extended stay. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to relocate to San Diego or wanting to explore the area (close to freeway access, parks, etc...)

Amazing Home!
We stayed at this property for the summer and it was fantastic. The location is perfect, the house is furnished beautifully, and the backyard space was just incredible. An added plus is that there are fresh herbs in the garden, and the kitchen is furnished with really high quality equipment that would excite any home cook. Highly recommend this home to anyone! Thank you Michelle for being the best host!!
