Very welcoming hosts! Loved my stay here during my contract. Would recommend to any traveler looking for a comfortable, safe, and affordable option. Apartment is just as nice as the photos. Room is large with plenty of space for all my stuff!

This home is perfect for a traveler! The basement apartment is newly redone and has so much space- a living room area, kitchen, dining table, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Its a clean and home-y space. The owners are absolutely incredible- so sweet, helpful, and welcome. I loved this space for my time in Springfield!

Absolute gem!

This was the second place that I stayed in Springfield and I wish I had found it sooner. R and P are wonderful hosts. The unit is in a newly renovated basement that has so much space! Even though there are two units, it is a quiet place to stay, ideal for either a day-shifter or a night-shifter. There is also a lot of storage and nice size closet in the unit. This unit is also in such a wonderful location! Its a short drive to Cox Medical Center South and there are several parks and trails within a couple minutes drive. There are also some great restaurants and breweries within a couple minutes drive as well. R and P are easily some of the best hosts I have stayed with and were always available to help with any questions or problems if any arose. I highly recommend that you stay here!
