great quality, residential location
This little studio is just a pictured. Everything you need, nothing you dont. Kitchenette is very workable with the only hiccup being the sink (which the description is very clear on). All the furnishings are high quality and the space as one of the cleanest Ive stayed in. Little patio space is cute and nice for enjoying outdoor time. The area is very residential, so not overly walkable but a very short drive from just about anything and felt incredibly safe. In a small HOA community so the space is not overly private but was always quiet. Landlords are very kind, reasonable,and understanding.
