This is a very large lower level of an older home. It is in quiet safe neighborhood. If you are a walker, it is actually less than a mile to UNC. Totally furnished al the way down to the coffee filters. There are 2 queen size beds. There is also a trundle ( two singles) in the office. Very comfortable for 2 people or more. I had 3 nurses stay for 6 months here comfortably. & they walked to UNC daily. We use a 7 day week & a 2...

Miss N was a great host . Area is completely separate from main house . Noise was never an issue as I was a day sleeper night worker . Very spacious. Kitchen had everthing we needed plus w/d thats always a plus. House is in a wooded area so super quiet, deer in the mornings. The back of the house has a public trail its beautiful ! Definitely stay here again if Im in chapel hill! So much to do ,few hours from the coast do it!
