Be Mindful of Where You Spend Your Money

Make sure you understand the terms of your lease. People tend to have loose definitions of month to month. Within the first week, I noticed that the refrigerator wasnt working. I realized why my food was molding so fast after a SECOND repairman was called (per my request) and he said inside the fridge was 55 degrees. After that, I asked for $100 off of the rent to recover the food that I had lost. Instead of being met with compassion or a simple no, I was threatened with having my lease terminated because I couldnt be satisfied. PRIOR TO THIS, THE OWNER AND I HAD ZERO ISSUES. So I wasnt sure how I became the problem. I was told a part needed to be ordered for the fridge near the end of July. By the time I left at the beginning of September, the refrigerator still wasnt fixed and I had not received any kind of updates since the beginning of August. Imagine paying this much money for rent and living with a mini fridge the entire time.

I loved my stay here!

Great place to stay! This home is just as it is shown and it is clean! The host was ALWAYS available and quickly addressed any issue I had or offer any suggestions about the area. Being a heath care traveler this felt like home! I will miss it!

Clean and Modern spot!

I stayed at this home from November until February and it was honestly perfect for what I needed! Very clean, spacious, nice backyard area, and washer dryer which was amazing. C was super helpful and would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Best place Ive ever stayed

I have been traveling for years and this is the best place Ive ever stayed. The place felt like a home away from home. Absolutely gorgeous place and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner has excellent communication and is always there when needed. It was located close to everything I needed. Literally all you need are clothes, because its furnished with everything you could need. I was so sad to leave because I felt like I was leaving a vacation home. I cant brag enough about how amazing this place was.
