Beautiful Basement Space in private (occupied) home

Stef is very accommodating and welcoming. Anything I needed, she was right on it. The space was very comfortable. And her two dogs Onyx and River are great dogs. I will miss all three of them. I also didn't get to enjoy the pool because I was there in fall and winter. Would definitely stay there again if I get another assignment in Sioux City.

Perfect for Traveler healthcare workers

Steff is an absolute angel! The space is perfect for a traveler. Probate room, living space, a pool in the summer. The resident puppers and kitties are so loving and a great addition should you inquire. Steff is so helpful and caring and anything you need she will help you asich as possible. The location is perfect for both hospitals in town even for on call limits. Perfectly in the countryside but close for anything you want. Very cozy basement and laundry right there by the room. I just can't say enough good things about Steff! I lived there over a year even tho the dates won't let me go back that far!

Heavy Smoker Household is Nowhere in the Description

This is a smoking household. It's nowhere in the description. I called Furnished Finder to clarify and they were very clear that you need to disclose the fact. The basement is completely open to the main floor and there is only a single heat/air system that serves both floors. Everything I had there was permeated with smoke. Also, this little gem is from the house rules: "this house was built in the 70's so my drain pipes are cast iron and i have a septic tank. the pipes have a habit of grabbing paper products and causing the drains to back up. because of this i ask that you DO NOT FLUSH ANY PAPER PRODUCTS! this includes toilet paper, kleenex, tissues, wipes, cotton balls, q-tips, paper towels, fabric softener sheets, tampons, kotex... PLEASE PUT ALL PAPER PRODUCTS IN THE TRASH CAN." The rental has plenty of space and as a converted wet bar, the "kitchenette" is fine if you don't intend to cook.

Great location

S was very friendly and accommodating! The location was great and quiet for daytime sleeping. The shower was hot with good pressure. I didn't get to enjoy the underground pool as it was winter when I stayed but it looked very nice. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Basement Space

This is a lovely space and a beautiful, peaceful backyard to spend time in, S is a wonderful landlord and a wonderful human being. She is respectful of your space. Her dogs are great to spend time with also and her kitties I only saw occasionally.
