exactly what i needed

This was a great spot and exactly what I needed. Henry was always kind, made changes to the room for me before I got there and even got me a shoe rack during my stay. Ozzie the pup was always a welcome sight to come home to when he was in the yard too! Room was small, but it's what I needed. My only real gripe was that the driveway was a bit steep, but Henry made me aware ahead of time and I was able to avoid any scrapes to my car. Safe neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby, including this family pizza/bar place that had the best pizza I've had in a long time. I would definitely look to stay with Henry again if I returned to Modesto. Thanks for a wonderful stay Henry! 10 months? He was so understanding about the fickleness of contract renewals too, so month to month was great.

Cozy and quiet unit

I stayed here in the fall of 2022 and forgot to review this unit. It is a nice studio in the back of the main house and the owner was very friendly but also respected my privacy. Located on a quiet street and an easy drive to the hospitals in Modesto. I was able to get all my shopping done within minutes of this location. I would stay here again in the future.

I stayed here for 3 months. it is about 12 minutes from doctors of modesto. it is literally 2 blocks from a shopping center that has multiple stores, planet fitness. it is about 2 miles from Walmart. it is perfect. it is in a quiet neighborhood. it's 2 blocks from a park where I ran. H is great and very helpful. the room is perfect if you desire your privacy. the room is very spacious. I cooked in my room. it has everything you need to make a great meal I loved this place I would stay here again.

A Great Place

Its a great place at a good value. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with a nice backyard and parks nearby. It was wonderful to have access to the laundry. H is very accommodating and prompt with anything you may need during your stay. Overall, I highly recommend it. Youll be only a few minutes from several eateries, shopping, and very convenient to the freeway.
