Tucson gem

I had a great 6 months here! Fenced yard in the front added extra privacy from the road, which was very nice. Comfortable furnishings. All my needs were addressed quickly during my stay. Master bedroom shares a wall with the other unit and walls are kind of thin, not ideal for nightshift. James was a great host and always responsive and friendly! Highly recommend!

Where do I start? I had a great experience in every way possible! Initially, the home caught my eye. i was intrigued by the clean and professional look in the way the overview on this home was structured. Next, was the communication. James was friendly, quick to respond and provided a clear overview of the application process. Then, came the speed of action. I needed to find a place, and find one fast. I informed James of this and he said he can get me in same day. He and his team expedited my request & stayed on top of the communication. With their help i was actually able to move in the SAME DAY, just as he stated. Lastly, the property & walk through. Upon signing, James offered to meet me at the unit for a proper walkthrough (which is rare for landlords on this site). Upon viewing the home its not only very newly built but also very well maintained by their team

Good Location- Pet Friendly

Highly enjoyed my stay here. Location is great, and a short drive away from many restaurants and activities in the Tucson area, and the unit contains all of the essentials you could need. Owners are very responsive and able to help us with all needs throughout our stay. I will say that there is a good amount of pet hair throughout the unit since the home is so pet friendly, so just something to be aware of if you choose to stay here.

Great Place to stay!

The place is very nice and located within minutes from everything youll need in Tucson! J&J were very responsive and were quick to resolve any issues. I definitely recommend this place if coming to Tucson!

great experience

Me and my roommate had a great stay here. J was always there if needed and made us feel safe. The house was so nice and had everything we needed. Traveled with my dog and the backyard was big enough for him to run around a play and for us to chill after a long day.

Great Location, Nicely Furnished, with a Great Property Manager

Perfectly located on the east side of Tucson near many grocery and dinning options, this nicely furnished duplex was a real lifesaver while adjusting to the Tucson lifestyle and during our home search. J is a great property manager. Easy-going and responsive to our messages. He responded immediately to our concerns and fixed any issues that arose. My partner and I will look fondly on our time here and would recommend this location to any traveler needing a nice place to stay.

Felt like home

Great place to stay! quiet, safe neighborhood, very spacious. Had all essentials needed. property owner very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient

I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area. Great location- Minutes away from several grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping. The place is very well taken care of and was spotless when we moved in. Backyard is great for the dogs to play in. Nice little parking area for multiple cars and a safe neighborhood!

This property is spacious, clean and cute! Above all I felt very safe here. J and his crew were nice and fast to respond if any issues occurred and communicated very well. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling in the future!

Definitely recommend!

The house is in a great location, central to many things including TMC, plenty of decent restaurants, and grocery stores, target, gyms, etc. The house itself was super nice, equipped with everything you need. Neighborhood felt safe too, so that was an added bonus. J and J were super pleasant and responded quickly!

Great Stay close to work

This property was great to stay at and the host was very accommodating. My Dog and I loved the space and the space she had to roam in the front yard. Place was clean and furniture was very comfortable. If I am ever back in Tucson I will definitely try to stay here again.

Short Term Housing

The space was perfect, small and cozy for our contract. Two beds and two baths was perfect for my roommate and I who had different schedules; we didnt have to overlap space. The property team was great to work with when we extended our contracts and they were easy to get ahold of if needed.

home away from home

The rental property was a great place to call home while we were living and working in Tucson. The location was close to our work and all the basic necessities, and more. It was the perfect size for us and was clean and well taken care of. J was a great landlord. He was very professional, easy to get in contact with, and flexible and accommodating with our night shift schedule. I would definitely stay at this place again and I highly recommend it to others looking for a place to stay in Tucson.

Great find!

My fianc and I rented this place for 5 months and absolutely loved it. It was perfect size and the spare bedroom came in clutch when family came to visit. There is so much closet space for all our camping gear. Cute little yard for the pups. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. And J is flexible and great to rent from. Awesome landlord! Would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again if I were to ever move back Tucson.

Tenant/Registered Nurse

The unit is very clean and spacious. The appliances and furniture seem brand new. It has everything I need and the owner is very pleasant and responsive to any question that might come up. There is a good sense of privacy and safety here, as there is a 6 ft privacy fence around the unit. I would recommend this place to anyone who has the need for a pet friendly furnished stay with paid utilities.
