It's currently furnished as a bedroom with attached living room (approx 600sq ft total) living room with a full bathroom and seperate HVAC unit for that floor. Ample closet space. Highly recommend renting this property.
I had a wonderful experience renting from A through furnished finders. My roommate and I stayed in two of her rooms for 6 months! Shes super sweet, accommodating, and her house is beautiful. I never had any issues coming home to a clean, safe, and quiet environment. Would definitely rent again from her if I ever return to STL. Highly recommend!!
