Perfect cozy spot for 1

I had a wonderful stay here! The landscaping and decor are so cute, and the space has everything you could possibly need, from a fully stocked kitchen and cleaning supplies to comfortable bedroom and outdoor furniture. I always felt very private and safe during my stay. The location is super convenient, and you even get a beautiful view of the bay right from the driveway. The landlady is incredibly attentive, accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions. Overall, a cozy, well-kept place with a great host. Highly recommend!

A Literal Oasis!!

I loved staying in this property! It was perfect for me, it was private and quiet (and I am a night shift nurse). H was so thoughtful with the decor and the space. The garden its beautiful to sit around and drink your coffee or read. The landlord was so amazing, she would share her fresh tomatoes with me from her garden. Its 10 minutes from Downtown Monterrey and around 30 from Salinas (where I was working ) I would've stayed another 3 months if I extended my contract. Would definitely be staying again if I am back in town.

Amazing stay

Where do I even start? The property is so charming, all the foliage plants and flowers make me feel like I was living in a botanical garden. My lovely and super handy landlady is always helpful, responsive and best of all she has set the place up with countless amenities such as storage bins, trash bags, cleaning supplies etc .. there are just too many to name. The kitchen is ready for cooking , all you need is groceries. Staying here has been an absolutely wonderful experience and I will miss it so much ! This is indeed an oasis , home away from home. Thank you HM !

Private Little Magical Space

This was the perfect spot! A quaint, cute, vintage trailer with everything you need. I felt like I was glamping everyday. A small kitchenette with all the necessary items provided to cook your own meals. An extra studio room with a second bed to sleep in on colder nights was nice, or to have a guest over every once in a while. Or, to have extra space to spread out and read/relax. A cute little outdoor space perfect for relaxing in the sun. An incredible view of the bay from the driveway. The space is truly your own and everything you need is there. The hostess is wonderful! Very responsive and communicative if there are any needs or issues that arise. If you need anything or have questions about the area or anything, she is happy to help! Nice, central location made it easy to access Monterey or Salinas for work. I felt like I was on vacation everyday and 3 months quickly turned into 9! Would love to come back and highly recommend this place! Very unique and a favorite place to live!

Nothing less than magical

This property has a cute vintage trailer with more then enough storage and a studio that was brand new when I moved in! that landscaping and fence makes the rental feel completely independent and feels like your on a vacation. Loved the location, safe, quiet, and close to the HWY. This made it easy for covering shifts in Monterey and Salinas. The host is an amazing kind hearted woman that understands and is flexible with this crazy contract life. She was always fast to respond when I had questions about the unite or near by trails. 10/10 experience and would rent again if I take another contract in the area.
