Spacious modern apartment

The place was as advertised and Kayla was very helpful. The house was quiet and me and my husband enjoyed our time there.

K was very accommodating, the rental is in a safe neighborhood. Was great for my two dogs and I.

The property was clean, furnished and I felt safe in the neighborhood. It is set up easy for roommates to have their own space. It is conveniently located to nearby Wilmington hospitals. I shared the property with a coworker and another medical professional during my travel contract. K was very flexible and responsive to all of our needs during our stay.

The property is as advertised. As a student who was looking for a place to stay for about half a year, this had everything I needed and worked great for me. The location is in a good spot, there's good appliances, and it's just a nice place to live. The property owner is very accommodating and was always helpful in answering questions or getting help to fix any problems that arose. For context, lived in the downstairs bedroom with a shared bathroom. Would definitely recommend!
