Definitely Recommend These Apartments

These apartments have been upgraded and are very nice. W did an excellent job and is the best host. He gives you your privacy while being available for anything you need and is very timely. The units have beautiful bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms. The furnishings are bright and vibrant with large TV's in both the living room and bedroom. You also get an assigned parking spot. The area is quite, friendly and near downtown Dunedin, within 2 to 3 miles, which is a fun place to go with lots to do and is close to Clearwater beach. You're also close to major highways, supermarkets, pet stores and other restaurants. I highly recommend staying at one of W's apartments and if I'm in the area again this is my first go to.

W was an amazing landlord, very responsive ! This was my first contract as a travel nurse and I was nervous to go across the country, he was very trusting and friendly! This location is 15 minutes from clearwater beach, you are walking distance from a bar or two :) There is a cute little area to walk your pets and washer and dryer in the basement that is all very clean and well maintained. This really is a hidden gem and an AMAZING price for the location ! Happy travels!

Best place to stay

I stayed here for four months and had a great experience! W is amazing - helpful, friendly, super quick to respond, so welcoming, and really there to make sure you have everything you need! Great location, 5 min to downtown Dunedin, 8 min walk to Pinellas Trail, 5-10 min drive to downtown Clearwater and 15-30 min to Clearwater beach. W takes great care of the property, good area for walking/running/biking, close to restaurants and stores! Highly recommend! Thanks W!

Nice place, safe, great host, good value

I'm a travel PT and stayed here for 3 months. Will is a great host - very quick to respond with any issues and very available to help. The unit is in good condition and has anything you could need. I really enjoyed having an air fryer. The place is 5 mins from downtown Dunedin which was really nice. I felt very safe here as a petite single female. The only issues I had during my stay were slow internet which Will addressed and sometimes the shower would run out of hot water after 5-10 minutes. The shower wasn't a huge deal to me so I didn't feel the need to bring it up. Overall I felt like the rental was very affordable at a time when it was very hard to find housing and it was a very positive experience.
