Great Landlord & Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood. The landlords are attentive and have obviously put a great deal of blood, sweat, and tears into the creation and care of this highly customized house. They were a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend the space if you're in the market for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere amidst like minded professionals.

Great place for Med Travelers

The house is beautiful and is in a very safe neighborhood. It was very quiet and everyone was in the medical field. I also enjoyed the location because it was very close to the hospitals and quick access to the highway.

Nice Accommodation

Nice home in a nice community. A good 20 mins away from downtown, making it safe, safe, safe. I would stay here again if I'm in Salinas in the future. Thank you for hosting me.

Peace and Serenity

This is a very comfortable house. The landlord is a pure joy. The family lives away, only the son stays at the home. He has a pure heart and his presence there keeps the home respectful, safe and running smoothly. This is a turn key, no nonsense, practical accommodation. A single payment takes care of everything a traveler could possibly need. All the amenities of a gated community, spacious room. The landlord goes out of her way to keep the home quiet and respectful. Speak up when you need anything, the owner is caring.

If this room is available grab it! You won't find better! Safe, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home.....I wish it were mine :) I used the in-garage gym and the community pool-----so nice to have available! Cooking meals in that kitchen was a dream! I absolutely would stay there again as my first choice!
