I dont recommend

I do not like to leave negative reviews. People need to know to make an educated choice. The local is convenient. But facing a busy noisy road. The owner doesnt use air conditioning. So in warmer time the house smells of cat. Will put air on when you are home. The bed is phenomenally uncomfortable even with the memory foam topper I bought and left. The landlord doesnt understand personal space. I was very uncomfortable in this home. I live farther up north Florida, and went home every chance I got, so as not to spend time there.
