Great apartment

We lived in this apartment for about 8 months. It is very cozy and comfortable, and is equipped with everything you need. Liz and Ray are very helpful and committed to providing a good stay. The parking is abundant, and the neighborhood is quiet & well situated. We loved waking up to the pretty backyard and gorgeous sound view.

Amazing Apartment in Blue Ridge

Truly a perfect apartment! It was furnished with everything my friend and I needed and had plenty of nice touches to make it feel like home. The location is great, as you get an amazing view of the Puget Sound and the Olympics right from the backyard. Golden gardens, a beautiful beach on the sound, is also just a few minutes drive away. Our hosts were very welcoming, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Id definitely recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the Seattle area!

Great Location at a Great Price

I had a great summer in Seattle thanks to this apartment, and it felt like home after only a few weeks in the space. L and R were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay and I had absolutely no issues. Since it is a residential area there is plenty of safe parking, and it is quiet at night. There are some great places to eat in walking distance, and for more options it is a short drive from Ballard, Fremont, and downtown. The apartment was exactly as pictured in the photos, and I would stay here again if the opportunity arose. I would definitely recommend this space.

Great Place

We had a great stay. The house is in an attractive neighborhood, a quick drive to the Golden Gardens beach and close to Ballard. The apartment is well-equipped and has all of the amenities for a comfortable long-term stay. L and R were generous and a great source of recommendations about Seattle. Their friendliness exceeded our expectations and made our stay in town so much better.

Wonderful stay

My partner and I loved calling this apartment home. We had all the amenities we needed for cooking and relaxing in between work or weekends away. The beds are super comfortable and the bedrooms even have blackout shades if you work nights like my partner did. We loved having the beautiful yard and view of the Olympics right out our windows. The area is super safe with tons of on street parking; but still very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We would highly recommend this space.

Awesome property with awesome view! Its also close to a lot of other restaurants . L and M has been wonderful. Glad we get to stay at their place while doing my travel assignment at UW-northwest.
