Awesome Hosts!

I stayed here for the past year and my experience was top notch. The communication was prompt, they were flexible and just overall good people. All issues were handled quickly and professionally. Youre in good hands if you decide to choose their space.

Great communication

Z and S were very quick to communicate. The condo is in very clean and has up to date fridge, stove, microwave, and everything else. The unit has a really big closet and a nice big bathroom with the dryer and washer in it. As someone from the west coast, I had to adapt to living here by buying moisture absorbers as Charlotte is very humid and can feel uncomfortable at times. It was really easy to get packages delivered. I did not need a car since I could walk to work. I did have to get groceries delivered as the nearest groceries were a little farther than comfortable. It was really rare to run into more people on the way into the unit and the entire building is very very quiet. Z and S were great hosts and replied in minutes when I was in doubt of anything. I would definitely stay here again if I found myself here again.

Amazing studio apartment in Uptown

This property was amazing and in a great location. It exceeded my expectations. Z and S was very helpful and caring. They made my stay very comfortable and pleasant. Great Studio apartment in Uptown!

Z and S's place in Uptown is great! Great location and great atmosphere. The building is quiet and very safe/secure. They are extremely responsive to their tenants needs and are always available if problems arise. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested!
