Absolutely Wonderful!
I stayed here for 4 months. I loved it. The place was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. The loft is very modern and updated. It had everything I needed and more. It was a great perk having personal access to the washer and dryer. S was always available if I had a question and was a pleasure to rent from. I was very comfortable and always felt safe and secure. This is located close to everything. There is Findley Market, shopping, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. I was always walking around Washington Park which has an outside bar and events almost every weekend. The music hall is across from the park and is a lovely landmark. I had the pleasure of seeing a ballet there. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay with lots to do, this is for you! I would highly recommend it.

Great for business trips
This place has everything you need and more. Its extremely comfortable and very close to amazing restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Its very big and very clean, I had an amazing experience while staying here.

Outstanding
I stayed here for about 7 months in 2021/22 and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The owners are wonderful and helpful and and always responded quickly to any questions I might have had. The apartment is just as pictured, very clean and comfortable. It is close to a great city park, and you will have no lack of restaurant options in the neighborhood. Easy access to interstates as well. I worked in Kentucky and had no problems getting to or from work across the river. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you S and F!

Perfect
I am so glad I chose to stay at this place during my travel nursing contract. S was even kind enough to let me park my car in the garage. You get way more than what you pay for especially with everything being in walking distance. The place is very clean and comfortable. It is on the luxury side and everything is renovated so it feels brand new. You dont have to pay to use the washer and dryer and it is not shared by anyone else. I loved walking down vine street and seeing all the nice restaurants, bars, and shops. It was extremely convenient.
