Cozy Neighborhood Spot

The space was furnished as advertised and worked well for my needs! I was a little apprehensive about living in South St. Paul due to rumors about safety in the area, but have lived here for an extended period and have never had an issue or concern about the safety of myself or my vehicle. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with a local grocery store + coffee shop up the road and easy access to highways and the shopping in West St. Paul. There is also a great family-owned chicken spot (The Coop) right around the corner. The coin-operated laundry in the basement is easy to access and I've never had to wait for other tenants for the machines. Management was kind and responds in a timely manner. Overall I've had a great experience staying in this unit and would stay here or in the neighborhood again.
