Everything you need to feel at home

The apartment has all the amenities you need to feel at home. We had plenty of space and felt comfortable. You're right by the hospital so it's very populated during the day, which makes it feel safe. There are some wanderers but we had a camera we put up in the window and never had any issues. They do a great job with up keeping the grounds, making sure the snow is cleared quickly. We had an issue with our key sticking in the lock and they came out within 20 minutes of us telling them to fix it. They're very responsive and helpful. One note: When we first booked, the description said there was an alarm system but there wasn't, so just keep that in mind.

I am not done with my stay yet but this place and S the owner is so wonderful. The apartment is spacious, affordable, clean, walking distance to a hospital, close to town and in great condition. The air conditioning works great. There are many useful items in the kitchen and cleaning space. I could not be happier with this choice!

Super Convenient Property and Location

Not done with our stay but rating it anyways just because of how great this place is so far. As a travel nurse working in NNMC, this area is conveniently placed. One road to the main highway and its just about 30 mins to NNMC. A great place to stay especially if you work at San Juan Reginal Medical Center. The hospital is right there and walking distance. The community is awesome as well, with our land lady hosting barbecue cook-outs and get togethers which me and my wife and son had the privilege of joining. Also, there were a lot of Filipino tenants at the ground floor which made me and my wife feel secured being Filipinos as well. Overall, a great place to stay and a wonderful host! Will definitely recommend to other travel healthcare professionals.

Clean, modern apartments. Short walk from San Juan Regional. S is very attentive and responsive; always available and happy to help.

Excellent stay

Great apt. Excellent communication from an attentive owner/property manager. I had a brand new mattress and anything that needed repair was done so quickly. The neighbors were mostly all travel nurses or other travel professionals also. Im so grateful for my time on South Schwartz Avenue!! Thank u Sugar and Company for everything !!

Great Place!!!

Stayed at this property for a travel assignment in Shiprock. I cannot say enough good things about this place!! The check on process was so easy. Just sign papers and get your keys. The apartment has everything you need from fresh towels to a blender if you need a margarita after a long day! (or smoothie ). ;) .The property is right across from San Juan Hospital which is so convenient if your working there. If your assigned to Shiprock, its just one turn and your on the highway to work. The environment at this properly is perfect. Its quiet and peaceful. No problems sleeping during the day if your pulling night shifts. The parking lot is well lit and has ample parking. Management is great here as well. Always responsive via text or call anytime. I would totally recommend staying here if you want easy transition to Farmington life.
