The house is about half a mile from most hospitals.
Typically my tenants own or have purchased a bike to take to work. I have blackout curtains if you work nights and the neighborhood is pretty quite. Grocery store and other establishments are
all within walking distance. The room is fully furnished and I provide paper products.
