I'll miss this place!

I have been staying at this apartment for over a year and a half and I am so sad to be leaving. It is in the deal location close to grocery stores, pharmacy, workout classes, coffee shops. A quick walk to the beach and the bay. There are beach chairs and beach cruisers here for us to use. The landlord, Shannon, was always quick to respond and super helpful for anything that we needed. I would recommend!

Home away from home

My friend Alexa and I stayed at this cute house for our travel nursing assignment and we cant say enough great things!! It truly became our home away from home and felt so cozy. The location was perfect, close to our fave grocery stores/restaurants and the beach!! The landlords, Shannon and Craig, were always amazing, very responsive to us and our needs, and efficient in getting things done. This house had everything we needed. The neighbors were so friendly and felt safe for us. Parking was also easy and available. Thanks again for letting us stay!! :)

Location!

My family and I loved staying at Shannon's place while I worked at the local children's hospital. Hospitality was top notch. We actually stayed in two of her properties while we lived in San Diego and ended up extending throughout the summer. I would 100% stay here again. Walkabilty is everything here, we rarely used our car on my days off.

Amazing Location

S and C were incredible hosts during our time in PB. They were very accommodating if we ever needed anything and went above and behind to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the home is only a 15 min walk from the beach and located located 3 min walk from Trader Joes and Vons grocery. Really enjoyed my time living here! Would definitely rent from them again.

Hornblend

This property was perfect for my roommate and I. We are traveling nurses who ended up extending and staying here for 9 months. It is in the perfect location - right off of garnet and a 2 minute walk to trader joes / restaurants / bars and super close to the beach. There are 2 bikes and beach chairs that come with the house. There is laundry in unit and overall the place is cozy and bright that feels like home. Shannon is super quick to respond to any issues we had and we could text her at anytime - she is a great host. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Pacific Beach who likes convenience / safety and cozy vibes :)
