Great Spot!

The place was perfect. Clean, stocked with all necessities, and conveniently located. Never had any issues, but Michael and Dawn were always easy to get a hold of when needed. I would absolutely stay here again.

Highly reccomend

Property is roomy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Kitchen is very roomy and has great storage. Refrigerator is full size. Having washer and dryer is a great plus. Location is convenient to everything. Landlord is attentive and easy to work with. My stay was pleasant and I was very satisfied with everything.

Great Owner/ Clean Property

Nice clean home in a very convenient location. The owner M is Awesome, if we needed anything, he made it happen quick. If we ever find ourselves in need of a temporary home we will definitely be giving him a call. Thank you M for everything especially your patience

M's spot was great! Comfy bed, quiet area and super close to the beach and Young's Circle. 10/10 recommend!

Good one bedroom

The unit is exactly as it looks, no surprises. Missing just a little few things for a furnished unit like a cutting board but nothing of an issue. The landlord is super friendly and quick to respond, would definitely stay again!

Great stay and amazing property owners!

Had a wonderful stay at this property. We were the first tenants in their newly renovated 2 bedroom and its amazing what M has done with the place. Huge space and for my roommate and I with TVs in every room and pull out couch for when guests came in town! Best of all, M was such an amazing host and extremely responsive.

Amazing Stay

I absolutely loved staying at M's place. The pictures truly don't do it justice. Not only was the apartment clean and spacious, the neighborhood was peaceful and quite. I tend to be a low maintenance renter, but anytime I needed anything, M was very helpful and only a few minutes away. My assignment ended up being over sooner than I anticipated, but I enjoyed the space so much, I stayed until my lease was up. Would have loved to stay longer, but maybe next time I'm in town, that is, if it's not already being rented.

beautiful comfortable quiet apt!

Best stay I have ever had! The apt is brand new. Comfy couches and bed. Very relaxing and quiet area, low traffic. Its decor is amazing and beautiful. M is always available if you need anything. Him and his wife are so sweet and nice. They make sure your stay is exactly what you want. All the essentials are included. Front row off street parking. You are mins from downtown by car that has nice restaurants and stores. All things I needed are within 15 mins of driving or less. WiFi. You are out of the touristy and hustle and bustle but only mins away. Look no further! This apt has it all!
