C was a great host, very nice, and quick to respond! She always checked in and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The studio is attached to a main house, but has a separate entrance on the side and a private patio area. As a night shift nurse, I had no problems sleeping during the days which is a plus! The family next door in the main house was also very sweet, welcoming, and respectful to my privacy. The studio is cozy and has the basics you will need to complete an assignment here. I did not feel unsafe in this location! In the mornings there are many neighbors walking their dogs. During my morning runs, I did not run into any issues or feel unsafe. There isnt an assigned parking spot for the studio, however there is plenty of street parking. There was never a day I couldnt find parking close enough to the studio. I recommend this studio to complete an assignment!

Small but Comfortable

This one bedroom was small but had everything I needed for my 8-week stay. The refrigerator was great, and the kitchen boasted a full-size stove. The unit had a brand-new digital washer and dryer which was awesome. The day bed was small, but I am not a big person, so it was fine. Everything was clean. The neighborhood was excellent. I took several walks and always felt safe. C was always responsive to any messages or requests. The unit is super close to Kaiser Panorama City--I was at work in 5 minutes or less. A great place for a short stay.

Coziest apartment

This apartment was the perfect cozy cottage style home. The bathroom was well maintained and newly renovated. Water pressure was AMAZING. The apartment was very clean and cozy with the perfect work space. C was the most amazing and accommodating landlord. She made sure the apartment felt like home and welcomed me like family. The apartment has everything you need and more. The photos do not do it justice.

Cozy and comfy!

This little apartment was clean, quiet and served my purpose well. Working 60+ hrs a week, it was just what I needed. Price was so reasonable. The owners were very kind and went above and beyond for me. Making sure I got my packages, mail, etc. Bed is very comfortable! C and R were always available and really understood the stress of travel jobs. Could not have asked for better people to rent from. Thank you guys.

Private and clean

Cozy little studio that does the job for a travel nurse! It was very close to Valkey presbyterian hospital. You have your private entrance, bathroom/shower is new and upgraded Small kitchenette for quick meals Area is safe and quite R and C are great hosts Will rent again if in the area Highly recommend

She refuses to give me back part of my deposit. I moved out a week ago and have contacted her at least 5x and even sent Zelle request!

Where do I start? xxxxxx WON'T GIVE me back my deposit. It's not in a safe neighborhood. Parking is under a big weeping tree. Lots of helicopter leaves and bird dropping on my car. The other side of street gets blocked off with trash bins by the homeowner. Neighbors to left are hateful and troublemakers. Have to place an orange cone to save parking under the tree. Had to move it then get back in car to park. Remember I said not a safe neighborhood. The apartment has a smell that is sickening. It's still in my belongings a week after I left. Tried washing and airing them out. The bathroom shower curtain will leave water all over the floor. I put down towels to save the flooring. I had to deal with this every shower. There's not a stove but electric unit. One side gets hotter than the other. No central air or heating. Will attempt to charge you to use W/D that's in her backyard. I left the studio clean and took a video for proof. When I moved in the place was dirty. I cleaned the unit.
