Adorable Apartment in Quiet Neighborhood

Bright and Beautiful

This apartment is large and bright, with lots of natural light, beautifully painted and decorated, all essentials and quite a few extras supplied. D is a nurse and just finished an NP, so she gets it, and T is helpful, responsive and handy if anything ever needs attention. They were both not only great landlords, but just super kind, authentic and generous people. The apartment has a beautiful porch to birdwatchand the yard is full of sweet wild violets and lots of cultivated flowers in the springtime The neighborhood and other tenants in the building (single family home converted into 3 apartments) are quiet and considerate, there are lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by, but also lots of conservation land and beautiful wild places a few minutes away by car. I can't recommend this place enough! D and T are honestly the best!

wonderful stay

This property was perfect for me. It was a quiet neighborhood and the landlords were there if I had any questions or issues. I could not have asked for better landlords. They were very easy going people. The apartment was cozy and nicely priced. It had everything I needed for my stay and if it didnt have something they went out and purchased it. Also, I was greeted with a welcome package when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing in and out

This cute little space was amazing for my three month travel nurse assignment. The sweet landlord D went above and beyond to make sure the stay was as comfy as possible by surprising me with a welcome package (with goodies from my home Canada) to checking in every week to make sure I had everything I needed. It is close to everything but also in a quiet neighbourhood for the best of both worlds. I would 10/10 recommend this place :). D thank you for making my stay so wonderful.

Best place in Connecticut!

Being a travel nurse for 3 years now, I have yet to experience such kind and warm hospitality from day 1. Dia, the owner is a gem, made me feel so welcome and didnt miss any special touch for my stay. The apartment is decorated in soothing colors and is very comfortable, private, & safe. You wont be disappointed. The location is perfect, close to grocery stores, TJ Maxx and fast food. East access to HWY as well. If coming back to Connecticut, I hope the chane to stay again!
