Solo Traveler Living Space

This was my first time using furnished finder and truly had the best experience. The place was the perfect size for one person and was very clean and well kept. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable. The location was close to UNM Hospital and made getting to work so easy. S, the landlord, was so responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience and would rent again!

For the minimalist

It is a small and comfortable place to live in for 1 person. Perfect walking distance to UNMH. Would recommend this to anyone who is a minimalist.

Walk to work, relax at home!

I worked a travel RN assignment at UNM, this place was extremely convenient. I walked to work everyday, the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The space is well decorated and has everything you need while away from home, it was just eight space for me and I loved having my private deck area.

Home away from Home

Very convenient location for a travel nurse at UNMH. This property was so close to the hospital that I could walk to work in 5 minutes. Such a darling place & really comfortable for 1 person. Although connected to the main house, I could not hear the other tenants & did not feel they could hear me. I felt very safe there & enjoyed running in the neighborhood on my days off. This property is so close to UNM, so I took advantage of the facilities the University offers such as the gym & olympic size swimming pool to enjoy some laps. S the owner was truly friendly & particularly quick to respond to my questions & requests. I saw some ants & he was there the next day to take care of the problem. I appreciated his kindness & his frequent texts to make sure I was comfortable & if I needed anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this property to any traveler that's needs an accommodating, cozy place to stay.

BEST HOUSE IN ALBUQUERQUE

This rental was a great experience! It has everything needed--two sitting rooms, lots of light, a big kitchen with all necessary appliances/accessories, washer/dryer, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, patio out back. We loved staying here. The owner is very communicative and helpful; quick to respond. Everything worked excellently. It's beautifully decorated so its aesthetically pleasing. It is so close to UNMH, you only need to walk over, it's a 5 minute walk to the back entrance of the hospital, so it's location is super convenient. The house has lots of light and old wood floors, which we loved. I cannot fully capture what a great experience renting this property was in this small box. Please know you'll be well cared for! Big fridge, beautiful stove, hangers, comfy beds, lots of light, excellently working real A/C (not always a reality in Albuquerque), not swamp cooler, desk space. It was a great experience!
