Charlotte Uptown Premier Residence

Peaceful & Convinient & Clean

We stayed in the property for a month. The apartment is comfortable and clean, everything works perfectly, and the parking is super easy. The apartment is located in a very nice, clean, and peaceful upper-scale residential complex on S. Tryon Street. The residents are very nice, and nothing crazy ever happens. The building has a nice gym, and if you are staying during summer, there is an amazing private pool available to the residents. The location of the apartment is also very convenient, within walking distance of Whole Foods, museums, and amazing restaurants. The owner, A, is a very kind and responsive person; overall, he was extremely kind to us. I definitely recommend the property and I would stay there again.

This apartment is beautiful. It's location is within walking distance to several restaurant, and is in a safe neighborhood. It was a 5 minute drive to Novant Presbyterian. A was very helpful, and responded quickly to text messages. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic place to stay

This condo was amazing. Me and my girlfriend both travel nurses stayed here and couldnt have been happier with our stay. The location was fantastic as it was in the heart of Uptown and a short walk to South End or hop on the train to Noda. Parking was an ease but the location of the condo you can walk anywhere. A was extremely responsive with any needs that arose and the condo was in great condition that made it easy to feel like home.

Best of Everything

This was an amazing place to stay as a traveler. I loved the downtown location within in walking distance from everything including grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The unit was spacious and very comfortable for a single traveler or couple. Free garage parking, pool and in-unit washer and dryer were other perks. I would definitely stay here again next time I do an assignment in Charlotte!

Great place in Charlotte

Just finished my stay at A's place. Great condo for 1-2 people. It had everything I needed/wanted. W/D, gym, pool, garage parking. I loved being in the middle of Uptown yet work was a short drive away. Highly recommend!
