Very nice, private and quiet neighborhood. My home was build in 2013 and it's 2737 square feet, plenty of space to social distancing. The room you will be renting has its own private hallway and bathroom .
There are two bedrooms in that hallway and you are welcome to use the room for study time if needed.
There is a big backyard and outdoor kitchen for you to use any time. The kitchen is open to use for your meals.
Neighborhood overview
The neighborhood is very quiet and secure. There is security on premises from 6:00 am- 3:00 am. A 3-4 mile walk can easily be done.

The Best
I am currently still here until June but if u need a room sooner I can go to the smaller room. If u r looking for a great landlord and place..this is it. Travel RNFA 20 yrs..this is the best rental experience to date. Great conversations, food and my first dip in the beautiful pool was today. Margaret is a one of a kind..generous, fun and a new forever friend. Beautiful home, safe community and Margaret provides so much. If u can't find it here just open the drawers..it's here.
