amazing location

Not only is this a beautiful location walkable to dozens of restaurants and bars, but the unit itself is stunning and spacious. 4 levels (ground level being garage and front patio) with top level views of downtown Phoenix. You can see and hear all the fireworks during Diamondbacks home games, which we loved! J and her mother are the landlords and we're ALWAYS very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. We will be coming back! Can't say enough good things about this place.

Perfect DTPHX Location

Absolutely loved my stay at this townhome. Everything was ready to go when I arrived and Jennifer was extremely welcoming. Furnishing and appliances were all very high quality. You even get a sunrise and sunset from the master! I loved exploring Phoenix from here. I would walk my dog 2-4 times a day and had a wonderful time, especially with all the dog friendly restaurants and bars on Roosevelt Row. I would absolutely stay here again next time I am in Phoenix!

Perfect location

D hosts such a cute house with the perfect location! It is so close to so many great places and downtown Phoenix/Scottsdale. Loved that she is pet friendly. The house had everything I needed and the pool was incredible!! One of the best things during the hot days. The host was always available and had great communication. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Amazing Cottage

This is an amazing little cottage! The landlord is great and responsive. The neighborhood is very friendly. It worked well for us and our pets. We were centrally located in Phoenix and the pool was the perfect way to relax and end the day.
