Met all my needs...

As a Traveling RN who worked at KP San Jose and as a Runner this place was perfect. Very close to work (drive or walk) and many hiking trails near the house. It is a very safe place...often ran late at night and never felt unsafe, it's a beautiful neighborhood. The studio met all my needs and when I needed anything the landlord was kind to provide me with it - I asked for a rice cooker and pressure cooker and even jasmine rice. The landlord and really kind and will befriend eventually. Highly recommend this place.

Great Best to Stay!

This is a great place to stay! The location is excellent with access to everything you need from shopping, freeways, great restaurants and hospitals. The owner is the kindest and makes you feel like family. He will do whatever you need to make your stay comfortable. This is a great find so if you're blessed enough to get in you'll want to stay! I know I did!

Perfect stay!

C place is the perfect place to stay! From an extremely comfy bed to all the essential kitchen needs, you wont regret staying here. I always felt very safe in this beautiful neighborhood, plus they have some awesome hiking trails in the back. C is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay!

I loved my stay here. It has everything you need for a single person. Great area. Enough privacy. Even a pool in the back for the hot months. C was the sweetest landlord ! He made sure I had everything I needed. He also always invited me to gatherings. I would highly recommend this place !

Amazing All Around!

I was lucky to be the first to stay in this property. Chi, the landlord, was responsive from the get-go. He is very thorough and takes his time to actually get to know who will be renting the unit. He made the process very easy for me and we were able to take of everything in a day or two. The property itself is very beautiful. The unit has its own private entrance with electronic lock, private bathroom, and small kitchen. All the appliances were brand new, which was very nice! You can tell he put a lot of time and effort into converting the place into an ADU. The place was immaculately clean when I arrived. The A/C works great, but it's San Jose, so the weather is beautiful anyways. Chi was very attentive and responsive to any questions or needs I might have had. He's an incredibly friendly guy, which made living there very pleasant. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and never had to deal with any noise issues. 100% recommend this as the place to stay for travelers in SJ!
