Peaceful stay

I had the pleasure of staying here for three months on the 5th floor, and my experience was excellent. the property was always clean, well maintained, and very quiet, which made it a comfortable place to stay and relax after work. A special thanks to Russell, the manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He was always friendly, responsive, and ready to assist whenever anything was needed. having him on-site was a hugh benefit because any questions or concern were addressed promptly and professionally. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for clean, peaceful and well-managed place to stay. my three months here were truly enjoyable, and I would gladly stay again.

Loved it!

I loved my little short term studio! The towers manager, Russell, is always friendly and funny. He took the time to drop off packages to tenants doors at the end of each day. I hardly ever had to wait for laundry to open. The tenants are friendly and quiet, and the neighborhood is a great location. Short walk to Mass Ave with a stellar food scene. Great location for travel nurses, only about a ten minute drive to IU Healths campus. Definitely recommend!

Ceiling collapsed and shower stopped working

Property manager doesn't fix any problems that come up. The ceiling collapsed and the shower stopped working, which never was fixed. I wouldn't recommend.

Great location

- [ ] I stayed at The Renaissance for about 8 months for a travel assignment. Russel was a great property manager that took great care of his tenants and the building. Great location that was near downtown and hospitals for work. I would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for medical professionals.

Best stay in Indy

Renaissance Towers is the perfect long-term stay in Indy. R (the property manager) set me up with an apartment that suited my needs perfectly. I loved the proximity to the library, grocery stores, public transport, and the neighborhood! I chose this location for the ease of public transport and proximity to the happening stuff around Indy - it did not disappoint! 10/10

Great space and location

I had the pleasure of staying here and it was the best home away from home I can ask for. And Russell the manager was amazing and accommodating. I would highly recommend the stay. And it's perfectly located downtown near everything

Quiet place!

I had no issues while staying here for a travel assignment. I work overnights and was able to sleep soundly throughout the day. The building was clean and well-maintained. All appliances were in great condition. Mr. Suba was a helpful and understanding property manager!

Great stay at Indianapolis

This is a very good place to stay overall. The location is incredible, very close to anything downtown. The manager Russell is very considerate and quick to help with every problem that arises. Would definitely come back!

Great Service!

The property manager, Russell, was great to work with. He answered all of our questions. The apartment had no issues while I was there. It's not easy to find a furnished short term rental in downtown Indy and I appreciate Russell's help.

I stayed here for 6 months for a travel assignment. The building is clean and well maintained It was quiet even during the day facilitating good rest after a night shift. The location is safe and near major hospitals in Indy. The building Manager responded promptly whenever I had a need and worked with me to get me feeling comfortable. I would recommend this apartments.

Great Location

I stayed in a studio apartment on the 4th floor in the building. The building is located near everything and only a few minutes to all the downtown activities and hospitals. It was very quiet and at times I wondered if I was the only one in the building ( I was not). There is a laundry room on the first floor and I never had any issues with it being fully used. Property manager is onsite, I never needed him for anything but he was available. Its a mix of travelers and owners in the building but everyone I encountered was very nice. It is a secure building and the manager will drop packages off at your door-which was a nice perk. I really liked staying here and had I extended I would have stayed longer. There is assigned parking and the parking lot has cameras. I never had any issues while staying here. I would recommend it and would stay here again if I take another contract in Indianapolis.

Perfect Indy Apartment

This place is the perfect downtown Indy location, especially for a traveling RN! Very close to the hospitals, quiet building, neighbors are super friendly, but most importantly I feel safe here. Completely furnished apt with all the amenities I needed, very clean, move in day was easy and effortless, and Russell was very accommodating and attentive to anything I needed. Trust me, you wont be disappointed!

Magnificent Downtown Condo

This place is great!! No noise, constant hot water, close to what downtown has to offer, and affordable rent. The best part is the property manager R. He goes above and beyond to keep tenants happy......he's STELLAR!!

Great location. Very quiet building. Building landlord (R) was great. and attended to all needs in a timely manner. Friendly neighbors. Very well kept building. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Hidden Gem in the City

Terrific older building with artistic character -- my studio apartment was perfect ... beautiful wood flooring, spacious full-kitchen with all the amenities for cooking ... awesome shower ... and beyond comfortable living space ... and QUIET which is important for a night shift RN! For a traveling nurse I felt safe, and all my neighbors were actually neighborly! R, the building manager, was essential to my stay as he was available right away for any questions/issues that may arise. The property is clean and well cared for -- \\ Big + was how close it was to IU Health -- literally 5 min by car. All shopping was within walking distance as were restaurants, shops, etc. The electric scooter system made transportation around the city effortless and FUN! If I my travels take me back to Indiana in the future, I will venture back to this property no doubt! G- Traveling RN

Luckiest find in Indy

Renaissance Tower with R (the manager) was the highlight of my stay in Indianapolis. I thought I was just getting a very awesome price on a furnished apartment. Oh no no. Turns out this place is perfectly located: 1 mile from my hospital (with a pretty walk up Delaware), 2 blocks from the central library (best library I've ever been in); 1/2 mile from Massachusetts Ave (restaurants, breweries, galleries, theaters, LGBTQ), 2-ish miles from Fountain Square (hipster, indie fringe, small music venues), 2-ish miles from White River Park (museums, river walk, PNC music venue). I mean *perfect* location. The apt building is hilarious. Mix of residents (travel nurses, politicians, older residents with doggos), clean and updated units. little courtyard. The historic hallways, bumping into residents, and riding the old elevators are very Wes Anderson feeling. You'll see. Compare to $2500-ish price of riverfront apts. Grocery stores <1 mile away. Off street parking. Thanks R!

The best complex in Downtown Indy!!

Hands down, this property is the best in Downtown Indy! As a transfer student, the location was approximately a 5 min drive from the university which was super convenient. The unit itself was completely furnished with a full equipped kitchen and TONS of storage space. My studio had three HUGE closets to accommodate my needs. In addition, all of the necessities were provided (i.e., linens, towels, coffee pot, utensils, iron, etc). I didnt need to purchase anything. My apartment was clean and neat which I appreciated. The best part, all utilities, cable, internet, and parking were included in the rent! This deal only exist at Renaissance Towers. I promise you wont find a deal like this anywhere else. Also, Im assuming the walls were extremely thick because I never heard a word from any of my neighbors. I was totally at peace during my stay. The second best thing, the property manager, R is the best! Hes responsive and genuinely cares about the needs of his tenants. 5 Stars!!!

I love this apartment!

I love it here! Ive been her for 5 weeks. The price includes EVERY. SINGLE. THING. Dishes, flatware, vacuum, coffee maker, toaster, iron, iron board, and the like. I even have a crock pot and blender! The kitchen is complete with full sized stove, sink, and fridge. Best feature of the apartments are that theres an ENTIRE wall of windows, which I love. Its so bright and happy! On move-in day I was taken by how pristine the apartment was. Im a clean freak and this little gem was spotless. I did bring my own bedding and am glad I did: the ones provided were a little tired, although the sheets provided were brand new. The mattress is very comfortable, and with my own bedding its great. The building Manager is intelligent, experienced and very responsive. I just text and he responds immediately. Unheard of!!! This place is perfect. I love it. Nobody bothers anyone, and the neighbors are nice. Believe me, this is the best value in all of Indy! You cant go wrong here..

Awesome downtown apartment

I've been very happy with my stay at this property during my first travel nurse assignment. It is conveniently 5 minutes from IU Methodist. Couldn't ask for a better location downtown. My studio is newly renovated and is well equipped with everything I need- linens, kitchen utensils, sweeper, etc. Great landlord too!

Perfect downtown Indy apartment.

Everything you need minus toiletries and food. Convenient parking. Close to soooo many delicious restaurants and fun things to do! Landlord is awesome too!

Renaissance tower

Living at Renaissance Tower has been the highlight of my stay here in Indy for my very first travel nurse assignment. R was very accommodating for my move-in date and always attentive to whatever needs I have had. Great location and I always felt safe, especially knowing the owner lives on site. Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short-term stay in the middle of downtown!

Very convenient

This was a great place for me to stay as a travel nurse. Very close to the hospital, the manager R was super willing to work with me on moving me in quickly and always responsive when I had questions. Parking lot was well lit, which for me was important. I always felt safe. Very close to downtown and to Kroger. Apartment was clean and quiet, just what I needed after long shifts. There was a roof top party for 4th of July which Im sure would have been fun (I was working) so you could socialize if you wanted, or stay in and sleep if you want. Would stay here again if I took another job in Indy.

A Bargain Near IU Methodist

A great old building with lots of character and characters. Pretty much what you would expect from an older building near downtown. The manager is fantastic and very helpful. Packages are always waiting on my doorstep but will be held in the office if I'm not going to be home right away. Kitchen is fully equipped and unit I'm staying in has a full bath. Building doesn't have a gym but I found a great health club just a 7 minute drive away. I have already recommended it to several co-workers. There are also several great eateries within a short walk and a pub just three blocks away.

R was very accommodating and the apartment was very clean and cozy. Perfect central location as well! It had everything I needed!

last minute booking

Yooooo R is the best! So accommodating and was a total life saver when it came to finding a place to stay. He was awesome enough to show me the space and rent it out to me on a weekend! Studios pretty spacious and you get a parking spot! Laundry on site. WiFi, cable, utilities all included! Price is pretty good considering how close it is to the hospital and close to everything downtown! Tv is the perfect size. Thanks for all that you do R.

Great Accommodations

This was the most prefect place to live during my travel assignment to Indy!! I work nights and not once was I woken up or disturbed while sleeping in the day time. Management is very accommodating and nice. If ever back in this area, Renaissance Tower will be my first inquiry for housing.

very nice property and pace. parking, internet, trash, water, electric, ect was included. rent was extremely low considering everything you get. I very much enjoyed my time in this space. russell is the best! ????
