Worst experience ever!

I knew I was going to be their next terrible tenant" when all they did was complain about their previous tenants. First, they would enter the property without notifying me. Secondly, they would call/text me almost daily to invite me out. Kind of them to do so, but after a while it was nagging and annoying. It took almost THREE MONTHS for them to refund me my deposit. They claimed I left the place in disarray, which is unfair because I did a walk through before leavin but they tried to blame cobwebs and dead bugs on me. I stayed with my dog, which I paid a $500 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee and I cleaned before leaving. Obviously there will be residual pet hair but they tried charging me an additional $500 Jim & Becky Fee" for the cleanup. The whole house is thrifted and the quality of the items were subpar and they tried to pin down the musty carpet on me. Cute neighborhood but stay away from these landlords. They are experiencing financial hardships and want others to pay for their mistakes

a great stay at Bambino cottage.

I can't say enough about how nice this cottage really is, it private new, and safe. the cottage is big with a great kitchen, bedroom, and a gigantic shower, and walk in closet. Tv has great selection and wifi doesn't drop. The kitchen table sits 4 and there is a big desk. For me, just having my own use of a washer and dryer was wonderful. I rented because i was in the process of relocating from Florida. Before staying at Bambino cottage I was in a hotel for two weeks. the cost was triple. Now let me tell you about the owners, They are warm Friendly people that are inviting and will to help anyway they can. if i could give them 100 stars i would. The area is county in nature but just a few miles to Downtown Redding, shops and the lakes. most of all i felt safe and had a place to put my car off the road. All you will need is your belongings, because everything is there, bedding, towels, dishes ect.. are suppied. I hope you enjoy it as much as i did. you won't regret it.

This property is amazing!!! J and B are the best hosts Ive ever worked with. D is the property manager youll work with and the whole process was a breeze. The apartment is brand new and beautiful. Youll feel right at home. If you have a contract at Mercy or Shasta this is by far the best place around!
