The Friendliest Place in Santa Monica :)

I loved loved LOVED my 5 month stay here!! It is so close to Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, and I was able to bike and walk to work. The neighborhood is very safe. The apartment definitely is cozy, but if it is just you, it is very manageable, and there is a lovely garden in the back with chairs and a table that you can enjoy. The landlord and other neighbor on the property are the absolute sweetest and so welcoming! I would 100% stay here again if I found myself back in the area.

Perfect place for a Traveler!

Ps place is so perfect for a single traveler! She is an excellent landlord and your other neighbor O is as sweet as they come! It is a small unit, but there is a beautiful yard with multiple seating areas that are enjoyed by all! It is literally a 3 minute walk to Trader Joe's and 4 minutes to Whole Foods. 12 minutes WALK to UCLA Santa Monica and 5 minute WALK to Providence St. John's. Get a bicycle and it's 10 minutes from the beach! Also you can have your car there too, as she provides a street parking permit. I would definitely stay at this place again if another contract takes me back in the future.
