This property was perfect! It was a very quiet unit and the garage parking spot was great to have in the winter. Pool and hot tub on site as well. The owners are friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Pefect stay

Perfect stay P and B were really helpful many times during my stay. They answer quick and help fast when the condo has issues (they were minor). Great location close to gym/grocery store, 15-20 minues drive from the hospital. Really clean condo, and with everything that you need. Calm and quiet. I highly recommend

Great Stay!

I stayed at P and B's place for a few months in the winter of 2022. I really enjoyed my time at the property! The apartment is decorated and furnished extremely well - everything's bright and fun. The kitchen is well-stocked, and I had everything I needed to work from home. I had some people come and stay with me, and the second bed (murphy bed) is comfortable and spacious. P and B were super responsive the whole time I was there - they would also periodically check in to make sure I had what I needed. They even left a few welcome snacks when I first got there, including one for my cat, which was incredibly thoughtful! A couple things to note that are outside their control: the garage door is pretty squeaky and is under the apartment, so you do hear it open and close. You get used to it, but it's noticeable at first. Also, the hot tub is unfortunately not open during the winter. Overall, my stay was great and I would highly recommend this apartment!

Haven in a perfect location!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in this home! I cannot speak highly enough of how comfortable and easy it was to live here. The landlords are extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. The apartment has a very spacious master bedroom with en suite full bathroom and a slightly smaller guest room with a second detached full bathroom. Everything was kept very clean and the decor is charming! Appliances in the apartment all worked perfectly. The residents of the complex are all very friendly - I became very good friends with quite a few of them! As a single woman, I felt very safe living here. The location is perfect - very close to a hospital and restaurants. Millcreek Canyon and Sugarhouse Park are just a couple miles away which made for some great running with my dog! If available, there is a sizable storage unit (for a small extra fee) which I made use of. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a temporary home in Salt Lake!
