perfect spot!
I cant say enough good things about this property! It was the perfect home for me while I was there for 3 months on a work contract. It is located so close to so many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, book stores, etc. I also was able to walk to my job at Childrens Los Angeles which was a game changer! M is the easiest landlord to work with. He responds quick and even helped me carry my luggage up the day I moved in. This is a hidden gem in a great area of Los Angeles and I will miss it so much.
