Great place!! Highly recommend!!!!

I recently booked a room with J for my mother who was looking to transition from New York to Florida. J was absolutely amazing!!!. She was friendly and always looked after my mother. The room was perfect as well as the environment. J was always so helpful with what ever my mother needed. Whether it was taking her to the airport or directions to get around the area. J was a great host. Even when my mother decided that Florida was not for her. J had no problem breaking the lease agreement and refunding my mother her money. As well as drive my mother to the airport and send anything my mother might have left by mistake after her departure. 10 out of 10!!! Thank you J for everything you did for my mother

She seemed nice. Stated when asked about cooking no thats not what we do. No fridge room. But small fridge in suite with tiny microwave. Offers own bathroom but tub runs brown water with particles from pipes. So u share bathroom outside suite. Was ok. I like to cook. But need to adjust I guess being new to traveling nurse. Didnt know what to expect. Shew had me sign a lease which was fine. I signed for 30 days,However as I read in more detail she would charge 150$ for cleaning, I thought was too much. But trusted. I Decided to leave to get closer to my job n she worried about my review. Well she never spoke to me about the deposit n is prepared to take the 150$. Stating she needed to replace sheets. I had vitamins in pocket of uniform she stayed she had to replace sheets. What happened to using bleach. This did not feel good bc she put sheets back on bed n never said a word when this happened 2 weeks ago. For which I gave her 2 weeks notice. Oh well another creepy experience of life. Not nice. I m a very clean person. I am used to modern high end. I thought it would work living in a place that was an older home with unclean walls, windows and bathroom cabinets. But I overlooked this bc I am who I am. Not a good trust. Read fine print. Oh bed squeaky as u turn over n be in shape to get up n down stairs for which I am.

If you are looking for housing in the Deland, Orange City, Deltona area, look no further! This property is as pictured and the Host is absolutely amazing! Clean, accommodating, feels like home! I highly recommend! Excellent communication. Quiet, pleasant home and neighborhood. Safe. Also pet friendly. My stay was fantastic! Will be back if ever in the area again.

Clean, quiet and comfy historic residence. Would highly recommend this option if your short term or long term lodging needs are within a reasonable commute to Orange City.
