Private Suite with Private Entry

My toddler aged daughter and I rented from Michelle for about a year and a half. She previously rented to a coworker of mine and I took over the unit when they moved out. She is a phenomenal landlord. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! She made us feel at home and just like family. I have never felt so safe and secure in a rental like I did during our time with her. I was always able to get ahold of her and anything we needed for our unit she made sure we had. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. The unit is very spacious and comfortable to live in for two people. The only reason we left this rental is because I accepted a job opportunity in another city. God truly blessed us with this furnished finder and now having Michelle in our lives. I cannot express how grateful I am for my time with Michelle she is amazing and I would rent from her again if given the opportunity!

My husband and I stayed here with our cat. Our host, Michelle, is wonderful and made the experience the best weve had in the year that my husband has been working as a travel nurse. The space is large, comfortable, and clean. Michelle is generous and friendly. If we are ever back in Clovis, this would be our first choice. I like to cook and was free to use the kitchen anytime. The laundry was available any time as well. Our cat was happy here and Michelle even watched him for us one weekend, which was truly a blessing. I cant say enough good things about our experience. We were sad to leave.

Definitely a great choice to rent from Michelle! She is very kind, generous, and respectful. She is also very communicative, and I never had a problem getting a hold of her! The area is very quiet and peaceful, which is exactly what I was looking for, with easy access to anything you need. Michelle also welcomed my pets, which is not always easy to find someone who is open to animals. Working long hours 4 days a week, I left my dog alone for long periods of time which kills me, but Michelle was kind enough to help me out and let my dog out when I needed her to! The space is perfect for one person- plenty of storage space. Very comfortable; towels, sheets, etc. are provided. Laundry is a breeze, it is right outside your door that connects you to the main house. I spent several evenings I had off on the patio, which was very relaxing. Cannot say enough good things about this rental! (About me: I am a single female in her 30s, traveling with a cat and dog, working at FHSH.)
