3 Room Furnished Suite with Separate Entrance

A good stay

This property is ideal for individuals working in North Charleston or Charleston. The kitchen has pretty much every gadget one would need. Plenty of linens and back-up linens for the bed. The unit is located in a busy area but it feels safe as there is an alarm system. The unit is close to the interstate which makes commute easy. Understand that there are financial consequences to breaking lease early (per the lease agreement) but Paula worked hard to land another tenant and prorated the rent back to me.

Mother-in-law suite

My company had an early-morning training in Charleston. We live an hour and 30 min away, so this suite was an absolute Godsend!! Ms Paula was such an accommodating host to all our cars, things, etc!! I loved the fully stocked kitchen--we made full meals and all the tools we needed were handy and organized!! The bed was so comfortable. The living room and table are so nicely placed and decorated!! We felt it was cozy and welcoming. Check it out!!

Nice Place

P was a good hostess. The apartment was well stocked and very clean. I appreciated that it has a dishwasher and washer/dryer. It was quiet at night.

Mother in law and family also!

Close to local hospitals and freeways. The suite immaculate. No comfort or need not met. Landlord friendly and pleasant. Landlord showed me the local area and shopping tips. Quiet and comfortable. Loved it.

My Best Rental Experience

Words can not express the gratitude I have for Ms. P! This property is very close to the interstate and other major roads of the city. Ms. P is a godsend! I felt as if I was staying with a family member. She was always very accommodating and accessible. The property is very cute and clean. And you have your own reserved parking space. The neighborhood is very quiet, even in the daytime. Whenever Im in the city, I will try and stay with Ms. P again!

Lovely place to stay during medical rotation, comfortable and convenient!

I was in town for a clinic rotation located in West Ashley, and this in-law suite was perfect! Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was available, and P was so kind and accommodating during my time there! The location was a short 15-20min drive from where I was working, and was conveniently located near multiple grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, and gyms. The suite itself is cozy and has a wonderful homey feel to it, with a great living space and dining room for relaxing/eating, and the perfect size kitchen for all cooking needs. There was plenty of storage space in the bedroom and bathroom for my belongings, with plenty of provided linens. I definitely recommend renting from P, she is wonderful and her space is perfect for anyone looking for a home away from home while traveling!
