Best Stay with Best Landlord

I was able to stay in one of Eve’s units during my last year of university. The unit was in pristine condition and felt very homey. Eve decorated it beautifully and ensured that I had everything I needed. She was easy to communicate with and very flexible with both move-in and move-out. Overall, I would recommend her to anyone I know, a 10/10 experience all around.

Great stay and helpful owner

Great location to be in wide amount of options of places to vist and a handful of great food in walking distance. And honestly a lay back location to be in. Eve the landlord is amazing and VERY understanding and will try to help you out thw best she can for both of you. Your in great hands

I echo a previous review that the best part of this rental experience is the owner - Eve! She might possibly be the kindest person ever! The unit is comfortable and in a great, walkable location in Lexington. I'd definitely stay again!

Great apartment for Travel Nurses

Really awesome place to stay while in Lexington on assignment. Eve is a very responsive and friendly landlord. Had a great stay here. Would definitely come back if I am in Lexington again.(:

Solid Loft

Apartment is within 15 minutes of many parts of Lexington. The loft itself has plenty of room for a single person. Landlord is great and very attentive to any needs. Would recommend.

Amazing Experience

The best part about this property is the owner. She is incredibly kind and accommodating. We came with kiddos and pets and she made it work with everybody and spoiled our kiddos. When you come into your new home away from home and theirs childrens books waiting for your child on their bed, you know itll be a good stay. The location is also perfect, everything is within 15min!
