Great apartment in Asheville

Great comfortable unit, well equipped kitchen, designated parking spot out front. Owner is extremely responsive and kind; when I moved in the couch was stained and looking a bit rough, texted him and he immediately ordered a new couch for me and had it delivered that week! 10 minute drive to downtown and to hospital, super easy to get around town. Unit is off a busy street but the actual street it's on is quiet and the neighbor across the street is very friendly - as a solo female traveler I felt safe in the area. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Great property! Easy drive downtown and close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The apartment is on a quite street with easy access to highways. Very comfortable with all of the amenities.

I stayed at this property during a travel nurse assignment. The property was super nice and convenient with the hospital being 8 min away and close to all the stores. P was great to deal with, and was super attentive to any needs. Would definitely recommend this place!

I can't say enough about how lovely this apartment is! I felt very comfortable and safe living here for 6 months while travel nursing! The apartment has everything you would need and is completely updated and decorated. There is a great outdoor backyard space and a front deck for relaxing. Also, the neighborhood is super friendly and welcoming! Perry and Russ (the owners) are THE BEST! They are friendly, trustworthy, and helpful. I feel comfort knowing that I can contact them with anything! I moved from Asheville, NC from Boston, MA so naturally I was worried about signing a lease without knowing who I was trusting, but they have been very communicative and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again!!
