Wonderful Stay

Travis and his assistant, Jamie, were exceptional hosts during my 3 month stay. Both promptly answered all of my questions and if anything needed fixing, Travis was there with no hesitation. There is a good sized backyard with a fire pit in the middle. Great for my dog to roam around and play. The bedroom is spacious and the king sized bed is one of the comfiest beds I've slept on. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood and conveniently located to nearby hospitals, including Christiana Wilmington campus and St. Francis Hospital. The Christiana Newark campus is about a 15 minute drive up 95N. Very easy commute. Shops, ACME grocery store and restaurants are located in Trolley Square, which is about a 10-15 minute walk on a nice day or a few minutes drive. Down at the Wilmington riverfront, you can enjoy more restaurants and a nice walk on the path. Philly is about a 30-40 minute drive. 1.5 hr drive to the beaches. great place

T & G are great hosts and the apartment was wonderful. T was super helpful and even offered to help when we got a flat tire. The apartment is clean and quiet (its an old building so it creaks but thats about it), I work night shifts and it was very easy to have undisturbed sleep during the day. If ever back in the area I would definitely stay again.
