Home away from home

I have to be honest, I was a little nervous about staying in Stockton, especially as a single female but I was pleasantly surprised ! This community felt very safe. I walked my dog often and would walk to the cute little restaurants and shops. Also, there is a Starbucks walking distance! The home was clean and comfortable. I and his team were always so helpful if I had any issues and were always so kind. I will definitely stay here again if I am in the area! A+

Quiet & Neat Getaway

Book this place!! This upstairs loft is clean, cozy & in a great location near Miracle (downtown) Mile! Walking distance to many restaurants & not far from St. Josephs. Travel nursing friendly w/ a private balcony for wine sipping & relaxation. Great host team as well!

Studio Review

Stayed in December 2021. Mr. S was accommodating and timely with our communication. Self check in. Lots of privacy and felt very safe considering the general area of itself. Price was great for a studio and lots of restaurants near by. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Stockton.

Lucky find

Ive never rented a place that I didnt see first and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived on my first day. It has more space then I was expecting from the pictures. Everything was newly renovated. There is a patio to relax in the morning and evenings. One of my favorite things is it is 2 blocks from the Miracle Mile which is a collection of restaurants and shops that I went too almost everyday I had off of work. I had heard mixed things about Stockton but the neighborhood this property is in is great! Beautiful homes all around. Also the landlord I was very friendly and when I called him about an issue (the only issue I experienced) he fixed it immediately. Great find!
