As a full time work traveler I can say this is the best place I have ever stayed. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Never had any issues. Owners were very kind and responsive.

John and Terry are the absolute best!! Accommodating to every need. Safe, quiet neighborhood, and never had to worry about my vehicle. Traveling full-time for work this place has made me feel the most like home. Cozy and comfortable.

A Home away from Home

As a Traveling Nurse, sometimes it's hard to find adequate housing where you feel comfortable, in this apartment I felt safe, comfortable and the price is affordable. The Owners are amazing and very accommodating. This was literally a home away from home.

Cute and safe

I liked that it is behinded a locked gate and well lit. It is a safe place if traveling alone. The unit is cozy and comfortable. There is now an enclosed patio room to be able to enjoy the gardens. T and J are great landlords, who have become friends. When exploring the area they had suggestions of things to see, places to eat and places to visit. If back in the area this is where I will stay.

Safe, Warm, Welcoming Home away from Home

As a travel nurse in Roswell, I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I felt so safe in this unit. There were so many homey touches to the unit itself, and the outdoor patio overlooking the garden area felt like an oasis. J and T could not have been kinder and were always so helpful periodically checking in to make sure that everything was going well. If in Roswell again, there is no where else that I would rather stay. This was truly a perfect temporary home away from home for me.

Rental Review

I am a traveling/Contract Rehab therapist who had the pleasure of renting this unit from T and J. I am traveling alone and am a single female. The photos document the property precisely. The rental is meticulously presented and is safely located in the back of the property behind a locked gated yard. T and J couldn't be kinder and more responsive to my inquiries and request. They even provide bottled water which they fill whenever needed. Their small dog Jax is friendly and sweet. My stay was comfortable and T and J were more than happy to provide community resource names when requested. Thank you so much for having me.

Cozy Casita and Hospitable Home Owners

I am a traveling physical therapist and have enjoyed my stay at this cozy casita immensely. J and T were wonderful homeowners and were available to meet every need I had. I am the first resident to stay in this unit and with that come some unexpected challenges but nothing was ignored nor dismissed. For example, when I first moved in during the early Spring my indoor temperatures were wonderful however when summer rolled in it became very warm in the unit and would not cool with the a/c or ceiling fans. I brought this up to J and T and within a few days a new ceiling fan was installed and vents to improve the air circulation and it has been nothing but comfort and smooth sailing. If you are looking for a unit that is minimalist in size with no shortage of support and care, this is the place to be.

Great Stay!

Im a travel physical therapist. Extended my contract and found this apartment, which was cheaper than the house I originally was at. With that said, the property owners J & T are fantastic hosts. Readily available if needed and very friendly. I like to cook large portions and they were very willing to let me borrow additional pots. Stayed very cool during the summers. Would be triple digits outside, but the wall AC units did well. New W&D for laundry and accurate furnishings. The apartment is behind a locked gate behind the main house where the owners live. Also has easy parking. Would stay again if I picked up another contract in Roswell.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 months. I'm a travel RN Case Manager. The hosts, J and T were exceptional, warm/friendly, and if something needed attention, they were right there. They know the town so well, they offered recommendations when we asked. The apartment was exactly as stated, it was clean, quite, comfortable, with modern amenities, safe and well secured. The best part of our stay were the hosts, (husband/wife) very friendly, made our stay so much nicer. I strongly recommend this property to other travelers. I would stay here again. Clean and great place. Stayed warm during the winter and cold months, no issues and everything was great.
