Great location

Loved this place. Great location near Downtown. Easy access to I-83. Modern decor, very spacious, clean and quiet. Parking was no hassle at all. Most definitely will stay here again.

More than what I expected

This is a lovely home close to the downtown area. Much larger than it appears in the photos. I stayed here with two other roommates. The space was ample and the house was clean. The host was very accommodating. If we had an issue she took care of it right away. She offered us great suggestions on where to go in the city for food and other services. This was just an overall pleasurable experience. I would definitely rent this location again.

Close to UMMC Midtown

This property is very close to UMMC Midtown campus. The area can be a little noisy at times with people outside but thats expected because it is in the city. For this place to be so expensive it lacked a lot of basic things: No coffee pot, tea kettle, or Keurig so I purchased my own. I mean who doesnt drink coffee or tea especially someone in the medical profession. The beds are the worst thing Ive ever slept on in my life. For such a huge space, this place was furnished with two full-sized beds and one twin. Neither bed had headboards either. I thought this was for adults, not children. No wine opener or wine glasses No real dishes but plastic dishes. No shower caddy to put your body washes etc. on while you shower. No counter space in the bathroom for your toiletries. No dresser in any of the rooms. But plenty of hangers. Guess I was supposed to hang my underwear and socks up. No towel racks. I was very eager to move somewhere else when it came time.
