My review Part 1

There are actually 3 units available for rent at this location, this review is for the king bedroom unit at the back. The unit is spacious and cozy for up to 2 people. The king-sized bed is comfortable and the mini-split AC works well in the kitchen/living room. There is a TV in the bedroom with a ROKU and another TV in the living room/kitchen. The kitchen amenities are sparse. An older refrigerator is missing shelves on the door and has duct tape holding together one of the shelves. A new microwave, a stove and a coffee maker. The pots and pans, cooking utensils and knives are old and need to be replaced. The bedroom is large and includes a dresser/mirror combo, plus a comfortable chair. Unfortunately, the window in the bedroom does not open to provide any fresh air. Due to the awning outside, the bedroom stays shaded which is great if you like a dark room to sleep in. There are adequate light sources in the bedroom, however the ceiling fan light is a bit dim. Part 1 of Review
