Landlord Jean Paul is a nice guy and very professional. He lives locally, is considerate, and very responsive to requests or anything you may need. Unit is spacious for 1BR/1bath, clean and very comfortable. Full kitchen with full size fridge was important for me. Plenty of counter space and storage in kitchen and bath. Unit is very shaded which is good for daytime sleeping. Easy drive to local hospitals and just about anywhere you may need to go. Bike lanes and walking paths most places if you dont have a car. I cook at home, so I brought utensils, extra dishes and food storage containers with me. I needed to do my laundry elsewhere.
