Great place - amazing landlord!

Funkes place was the best temp home for me for three months - spacious, clean, walking distance to work, dining and grocery places. You can use the gym, the pool and also grab a coffee from the guest house. Funke is a host and can easily become a friend, not just a room mate or landlord - responsive, accommodating, caring, trustworthy. Her door remained open for any time Im in Jax.

Good space, GREAT energy!

This was my first time renting off furnish finders, and I couldnt have been more lucky. This space was a one bedroom one bathroom. This large room has a small walk-in closet, I had my own bathroom and shared the kitchen and living room. Downstairs had plenty of amenities, resources and fun activities. We were located right downtown close by many restaurants, bars, and work offices, but the greatest feature was my landlady who was a blessing beyond this world. I felt safe with her, communication was straight forward and effective. She has a calm energy that very easy to enjoy. 10/10 would recommend!

If Ever in Jacksonville Florida

I truly loved the cleanliness and quietness of this location. Did not have to share a bathroom with anyone. The on-site amenities are out of this world, plus they have special events you are able to attend. Great restaurants close by and nice for walking. The host is very kind and extremely knowledgeable about may things, conversation is ALWAYS POSITIVE.

Very nice place to stay!

The property is quiet and very nice location, everything is new, plenty of amenities. Own private bathroom is a plus. Safe and close to a lot of restaurants, close to the hospitals, awesome roommate. Perfect for travel nurses. I would stay again if Im back in town!!
