Comfortable, Cute, and Peaceful

Such a great stay in Winterville, NC! I work night shift and was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the house stayed during the day perfect for getting real sleep. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Bonus points for the super cute, quirky decor that made it feel cozy and fun rather than just another rental. The space had a really peaceful, positive energy that made it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. Great location, easy commute, and very responsive, kind hosts. I'd absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful!

My wife and I stayed here for 2 months while on a work assignment at ECU, and we were very happy. Could not have asked for better hosts. The space is quiet, clean and comfortable and it feels like a home, not a rental. Would 100% stay here again.

AMAZING STAY!!!

This was the perfect place for me during my contract in Greenville!! Ms P provided a lot of the basics (toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, etc.) and was beyond pleasant to work with!! Very quiet neighborhood which I appreciate working nightshift, never any trouble sleeping and she provided black out curtains! No more than 15mins away from ECU Health/Vidant, lots of places to eat around, and grocery store right up the road. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again if I'm ever back

Home Away from Home

This was my first travel assignment, filled with anxiety and not knowing what to expect. Ms. P made the transition easier with the warmest welcome into her home. She is on top of everything when you reach out to her. I worked nights and was able to sleep, its a very quiet neighborhood. If she is not available when u reach out to her, she made a resource book with everyone you can reach out too. Everything is organized and clean!!! If I should travel for another assignment there I will definitely reached out to Ms.P first before booking with anyone else. I highly recommend this beautiful home!

Nice little condo

I really enjoyed my stay at P's place. It's clean and in a nice and safe neighborhood. I work nights and usually was able to sleep well without being bothered by a bunch of noise. I never had any problems here and any time I messaged P she was always pretty quick to respond. If I were to get another contract down this way I would definitely check back to see if this place was available.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

This is a wonderful condo in a great area! I have loved my stay here and highly recommend it! I travel alone and always felt extremely safe. The property is clean, beautiful, peaceful, and well maintained - a great place to call "home".
